I was referred to this shop by Crystal River Firestone in Crystal River.  They told me to expect honesty and integrity.  I brought in my 2014 Honda Odyssey and unfortunately, it was diagnosed with needing a new transmission.  The owner, Chris contacted Love Honda to find out if it could possibly be covered because he had never seen a Honda with 76,000 miles need a transmission.  Love Honda, where I purchased the vehicle new in Dec, 2013, not only refused to quote a transmission, but they refused to offer any help whatsoever, which prompted Chris to order a salvaged 2014 transmission from South Florida.  I dropped my Odyssey off on a Friday, he got the part by the following Wednesday, and had it installed by the next Friday.  They even met me at the garage on their day off--the Saturday before Christmas, so I wouldn't have to keep the rental car through the holiday weekend.  The transmission had only 36,000 miles on it, and it works fantastic.  Oh, and did I say the price was very reasonable.  These people are honest, caring, and the best transmission garage I know of.  Not sure what else they do, but I can't recommend them highly enough. - Harriet H.
