I took my 2006 Mercedes Benz C280 in to get the irregular shifting checked out. It turned out that the transmission is OK and that I need to get the electronic that controls the transmission checked out. Chris was very kind and explained the issue to me in detail. And the end of our phone conversation he "Pick you car up and NO CHARGE !" Where do you find such a kind, dependable and fair business today ?!
