Professional, courteous, reasonable, and fast are adjectives we use to describe Brooksville Transmissions. Chris kept us updated by phone and text throughout the process. It started when he notified us that he was sending someone to tow our 2000 Mercury Villager back to his shop. The towing fee was very nominal; not the fee I have had from towing services from other companies in the past. A few hours later, he let us know what they thought it was; a bad sensor, not the whole transmission as we were worried about. He told us he ordered the part and it would arrive in the morning. Shortly after lunch the next day, Chris called to let us know that the minivan was finished and ready to pick up. At pick up, their office and lobby were clean and spacious, and they were ready to process my account. The bill was for exactly the amount we were quoted the day before with no surprises. I was handed an envelope with the receipt and the warranty along with my keys on my way out. We would recommend Brooksville Transmissions to anyone.

I brought my 1969 Torino GT to Brooksville Transmission based on the recommendation of a friend whose family has used this company for generations. My experience only exceeded what I had been told was an excellent company. Chris, Jayne, and Rick Fuller were friendly, honest and went above and beyond all of my expectations. The guys who did the work in the shop were experts and diligent workers. It’s a rare thing to see this level of skill and competency.

The work was done on time and within the estimated cost of the job. Brooksville Transmission was only satisfied when they knew they had exceeded all of my expectations. I highly recommend Brooksville Transmission.

I would definitely recommend this transmission shop! Chris is sooo nice & knows his stuff! His wife is very sweet & makes you feel very welcomed! They go above & beyond!! I was almost ready to trade my very loved truck off & Chris had me fixed up & back on track with just a few very simple fixes & $25!!
